Successful communication is a grand challenge for us. Possibly one of the grandest. I would even say, the one challenge that might, in the end, determine whether or not we will survive as a human kind. Whales communicate successfully over 10,000 miles distance. We have the intellectual potential to learn that as well. Covid-19 could teach us how.

All of us, but in particularly health professionals, are now facing the full impact of the Covid-19 pandemic in our lives. I created a “MBSR” (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) self-learning program as a resource to support us during this pandemic. This program can help us gain the psychological stamina to last through the Covid-marathon.
